Welcome to Cartersville College and Career Academy (CCCA) at Cartersville High School

At Cartersville College and Career Academy (CCCA) empowers students to explore career pathways, build real-world skills, and connect academic learning to future success. With over 75% of students enrolled in CCCA courses and a graduation rate of 98% or higher among pathway concentrators, our programs are a proven launchpad for college, careers, and beyond.

CCCA offers robust academic connections—including AP, dual enrollment, and articulated college credit—alongside industry-recognized certifications and hands-on learning. Students engage in co-curricular clubs and organizations that deepen their classroom experiences and develop leadership, teamwork, and professionalism.

Through strong partnerships with local businesses, industry leaders, and post-secondary institutions, CCCA provides meaningful work-based learning opportunities that prepare students to thrive in high-demand fields. Whether pursuing a four-year degree, technical training, military service, or apprenticeships, CCCA students graduate with a clear plan and the confidence to succeed.

At Cartersville College and Career Academy:

  • CCCA concentrators graduate at a rate of 98% or higher. Concentrators are students who have taken the first two of three pathway courses
  • In the last three years, an average of 98% of our CCCA Concentrators have been enrolled, enlisted, or employed within 6 months of graduation from Cartersville High School
  • Students leave with a clear plan for postsecondary success—whether that’s college, technical school, military service, or apprenticeships
  • CCCA offers 12 pathways identified on Governor Kemp’s high demand state-wide career list
