Congratulations to the 2026 Cartersville High School STAR Student Jack Johnson. To be nominated as a STAR Student, Georgia high school students meet several criteria, including having the highest SAT score at their schools on any single test date through November of their senior year and being in the top 10 percent based on grade point average. STAR Students then select their STAR Teacher to share in the honor. Jack chose Melissa Moore, his AP US History and AP Art History teacher at Cartersville High School.
